Shadowbox Live volunteers are dedicated, giving individuals who donate their time as ushers, food runners, and service assistants for our shows.

Volunteer Benefits
In addition to supporting the nation’s largest resident theater, giving back to the community and meeting new friends, volunteers receive:
- Quarterly volunteer appreciation nights with a complimentary banquet and an informal update from Shadowbox Live leadership.

Volunteer Requirements
Volunteers are asked to work with us at two performances per month and must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 19 years of age
- Have the ability to stand and walk for up to 2 hours at a time
- Climb and descend stairs
- Lift and carry up to 15lbs
