FAQs

How do I pick up my tickets for the show?

Shadowbox Live has transitioned to e-tickets or patron-printed tickets only for entry to our performances. To ensure a smooth and speedy entrance on your show date, please have your tickets ready to show—either on your mobile device or as a hard copy—when you arrive. The box office team is available to assist anyone experiencing difficulty with the technology.

The box office opens 1 hour prior to showtime.

If you secured seats with a pre-purchased physical ticket (Admit One, Flex Ticket, or Brick Ticket), you MUST have those tickets in hand at check-in. Each ticket will then be exchanged for an admission ticket.

What should I expect from a Shadowbox Live performance?

Shadowbox is known for high-energy performances where many of the same talented performers are also the creators of the show. Additionally, the artists are the curators and servers of the food and beverage menu. It’s more than just a show — it’s a complete entertainment experience.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

Absolutely, shows often sell out. Purchase online at sbxlive.org or call 614.416.7625. Learn more about our venue here, shadowboxlive.org/plan-your-visit/venues/.

What’s included in my purchase?

Your ticket includes a table(s) for the performance. Shadowbox Live’s full bar and menu, curated and served by the artists, are available before every show. If you would like to purchase food and drinks prior to the show, plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime. There is no food or drink service prior to seating, or after the show has started.

Where should I park?

Paid parking is available. Visit shadowboxlive.org/plan-your-visit/parking/ to see our suggested options. Our downtown neighborhood is growing quickly. And that could mean changes to your usual route to Shadowbox Live. Plan a few extra minutes into your travel, or consult your GPS and this page for info on road detours.
