Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pick up my tickets for the show?
When you arrive on your show date, visit the box office to check in under the ticket holder’s last name and receive your admission tickets for the performance. The box office opens 1 hour prior to showtime.
If you secured seats with a pre-purchased physical ticket (Admit One, Flex Ticket, or Brick Ticket) you MUST have those tickets in hand when you check-in, and each of those tickets will be exchanged for an admission ticket.

What is the seating like?
All parties are seated cabaret-style, grouped around tables and chairs to accommodate our food and drink service before the show.
All our seating is sold by the table, so when you purchase your admission you are buying an entire table that can seat from 1 – 6 people. On our online box office, the tables are color coded:
1 Seat = Red, 2 Seats = Blue, 3 Seats = Orange, 4 Seats = Green, 6 Seats = Purple
Do you serve food and drink?
Shadowbox Live’s full bar and menu are available before every show. If you would like to purchase food and drinks before the show, plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes before showtime.
Where do I park for evening and weekend shows?
Our downtown neighborhood is growing quickly. And that could mean changes to your usual route to SBX. Plan a few extra minutes into your travel, or consult your GPS and this page for info on road detours.
GARAGE (Blenkner St, between S. High and S. Front Sts)
Enter the garage via S. High St by turning west onto Blenkner. Enter garage on the right.
YOU WILL PAY WHEN YOU EXIT. Cash or credit/debit is accepted.
SURFACE LOT #1 (Liberty St, directly behind Shadowbox Live)
Travel on S. Front St and turn west onto Liberty St. Enter the lot on the right.
Rates range from $3 – $5, depending on the day and time. Cash or credit/debit is accepted. If there is no attendant, use the auto pay box in the NW corner of the lot.
This lot is NOT available for weekday matinee parking.
SURFACE LOT #2 (Liberty St, one block west of Shadowbox Live)
Head west on Liberty St, travel one block to enter lot on the left.
Rates range from $2 – $5. Cash or credit/debit is accepted via auto pay stands at the NE or NW corners of the lot.
This lot is NOT available for weekday matinee parking.
PARKING METERS
Meters are available along Front, Liberty, Hoster, and Beck Streets. Meters run for a maximum of 3 hours, and accept credit cards or coins.
